Role
Responsible for driving the Recruitment Process for one or multiple business units in the IT Sector. A target driven role wherein principal accountabilities exist for both Individual Contribution and Account Management
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for revenue generation through Individual Contribution.
Handling one or more of key accounts for repeat business generation and routine communication with key Talent Acquisition Team members.
Lead the Recruitment Process for the BU in close interaction with the team and the clients.
Driving the team on search assignments with the key accounts to ensure effective delivery and target achievement.
Client Relationship Management with clients in the given sector for repeat business & effective delivery.
Other Attributes
Good exposure in IT recruitment with credentials in achieving Individual Targets
Should have exposure in managing accounts in a target driven environment
Should have practical experience in using the various sourcing methods & techniques.
