Skills

• Remedy ITSM management:
• Research and document the Service Management Tools used by CGI
  in the support of its’ clients;
• Identify the configuration, customization and conversions required
  to meet the project objectives;
• Design and implement the technical solution to realize the project
  scope;
• Produce the technical deliverables identified in the project
  schedule for the targeted due dates;
• Research and analyze the Asset and Configuration required to
  implement the service management solution (Remedy ITSM)
  onto cgi’s clients (ex: CIs, Product Catalog, etc.)
• Define cis/services topology
• Convert client data (inventory)
• Design and implement the data solution to realize the project
  scope
• Design data solution to represent the operations process flow in
  accordance with the service management processes
• Load the data into the ITSM Atrium database
• Define the Asset and Configuration delivery, test and training
  strategies and plans
• Perform testing to ensure that the data solution meets the
  business requirements of the project
• Produce the Asset and Configuration deliverables identified in the
  project schedule for the targeted due dates
  

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Technical skill -
• Remedy ITSM 7.6 administration
• Level of Competency - Intermediate
• Years of experience - 2 years

Mandatory Technical skills -
• Infrastructure Management (Windows Enterprise Server 2008, MS
SQL 2008, release management)
• Level of competency - Junior
• Years of experience - 2 years

Requirements -
• Remedy RAC 7.5 or 7.6 would be an asset
• MSCE certification would be an asset
• Able to produce quality documentation (specifications, test cases,
test reports)
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification
• Ability to perform multiple roles (business analysis, technical SME,
etc)
• Excellent communication skills is a must (Language - English,
Written and Verbal)
