Seeking a career in the IT industry with a long term desire to move into Sales role.
The incumbent will be required to interact with US, UK, Brazil & Indian Clients to seek and set up appointment for Sales Personnel.
Identify market potential for the product/s of the Company.
Generate quality leads through account/market research & cold calling.
Send introductory email to decision maker/s - make cold calls and follow ups with prospects.
Receive and respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email enquiry!
Determine customer needs & work closely with / provide support to the sales team.
Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships.
Inside Sales activities including lead generation, up-sell/cross sell, qualification of prospects.
Disciplined implementation of the sales process and contribution to improve the sales strategy.
Documentation of all sales metrics.
Good verbal and written communication.
Self-driven & ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Profile Specification:
2 to 6+ years of IT Sales relevant work experience related to inside sales.
Good voice quality and a pleasant disposition.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proven selling skills / relationship building skills.
International Market exposure a must, US exposure preferred(Not Mandatory).
Graduate degree or MBA.
