  • Seeking a career in the IT industry with a long term desire to move into Sales role.
  • The incumbent will be required to interact with US, UK, Brazil & Indian Clients to seek and set up appointment for Sales Personnel.
  • Identify market potential for the product/s of the Company.
  • Generate quality leads through account/market research & cold calling.
  • Send introductory email to decision maker/s - make cold calls and follow ups with prospects.
  • Receive and respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email enquiry!
  • Determine customer needs & work closely with / provide support to the sales team.
  • Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships.
  • Inside Sales activities including lead generation, up-sell/cross sell, qualification of prospects.
  • Disciplined implementation of the sales process and contribution to improve the sales strategy.
  • Documentation of all sales metrics.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Self-driven & ability to work individually and as part of a team.

  • Profile Specification:
  • 2 to 6+ years of IT Sales relevant work experience related to inside sales.
  • Good voice quality and a pleasant disposition.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven selling skills / relationship building skills.
  • International Market exposure a must, US exposure preferred(Not Mandatory).
  • Graduate degree or MBA.
