The Event Management teams at VHIRE4U are specialized in planning, organizing and managing events like Walk Ins, Job Fairs, Seminars and Conferences. Equipped and experienced in handling large volumes with precision the team is adept in arranging conferences, seminars or recruitment drives to help meet the manpower and information needs of our clients.

The event team steers the show through activities like budgeting, managing marketing and promotions, audio visual requirements, liaising with suppliers, sourcing speakers and dealing with all speaker requirements and providing onsite event management.

The team leads the Recruitment events right from the advertisement to the assessment of the candidates. The effective candidate and database management at events builds on the desired talent pool and a quality network of resources. While Walk Ins is a regular feature at the VHIRE4U offices, the team supports you in conducting the events at your location as well.
