Able to contribute to the high-level design and generate the low-level design
Able to translate the low-level design into clean, maintainable, optimized and bug-free code and to perform thorough self-review of the same
Able to understand the test procedures and test strategy and perform unit testing, integration testing and system testing
Able to do quick and efficient problem-debugging of bugs found in one’s code with less guidance
Able to generate clear, concise and well-organized technical documentation such as design document, unit test plan, integration/system test plans, configuration manuals, test reports etc
Able to capture problem descriptions properly, and drive "recreating-problem" phase for SW Problems in a module, and fixing / testing of difficult SW Problems during various test phases
Able to plan/estimate own work to meet the required and committed timelines
Able to guide freshers/SEs as assigned and review the their work products
