• 12-14 years of experience in design and implementation of Layer2/Layer3 ptotocols - IEEE802.1d, VLAN (IEEE802.1Q), RSTP/ MSTP, IEEE802.3ad (Link Aggregation), IGMP, IPv4, IPv6, DHCP and Unicast/ Multicast Routing Protocols ,Experience in managing multiple Projects/Program with team size of 30-40,Customer Management

Roles & Responsibility

• Review SRS, high level, low level design, Test strategies.
• Able to do complex design for Layer2/ Layer3 Metro Ethernet protocol development
• Should be able to do critical coding and perform code reviews
• Able to debug complex critical issues, Review critical test procedures
• Perform critical unit testing, integration testing and system testing
• Good understanding about the IEEE standards.
• Understand SDLC and work as per Aricent QMS
• Accountable for the quality of his / her own work,
• Should be self driven in taking up activities for improving team’s productivity and optimized implementation which would save man months
• Technically lead a team of size of 8 to10 people driving for designing /development of multiple modules after knowing the higher level picture of the project
• Good communication skills with good customer orientation. To drive ISS proposals technically by understanding and estimating the requirements
