- Understand the current Trade Flow and associated EAI systems and work to resolve daily support issues
- Production Rollouts
- Good trouble shooting skills
- Liaise with other support teams and users to close queries and resolve issues.
- Follow standards and best practices, involving the broader technology organization where appropriate
Job Responsibilities
Essential Skills and Experience
- Computer Science or equivalent degree (first/second-class honours)
- Minimum 2+ years IT experience in investment banking environment. Max Exp up 4 yrs
- Good WebMethods Development and Administration Skills (Integration Server/Broker).
- Good Java skills. Sun Certification preferred
- Good SQL/Oracle skills. 3+ years practical experience of using sql, sql plus, Unix commands.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – should be able to describe examples of how these have been applied.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure/multi-tasking
- Strong sense of personal responsibility
- Good team player. Capable of working under a fast pace and dynamic environment

- University Graduate with a technical engineering degree
- Good command of spoken and written English
