8 years to 11 years of functional or industry experience – preferably in International Business development
Strong and in-depth telecom domain exposure preferably on either or more (2G/3G Core, RAN, mobile VAS, Wire line networks, OSS/BSS)
Key Responsibilities
Ability to scan business / customer environments and sense opportunities / threats – and develop actions plans. In particular the ability to “sense” right & suitable opportunities
Ability to own the delivery of customer proposals against the RFPs and interface with different stakeholders (internal & external) to accomplish proposal submissions as per customer expectations & within the given time frame
He should have experience in System Integration as well as services / solution selling experience
Cultivation of new business opportunities within existing or new clients and take them through closure pro-actively
Conduct Program reviews with the project delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects & be able to track & control cost overruns
Ability to do customer meetings & presentations along-side Sales teams - Excellent Customer Presentation skills needed
Effective relationship management with the Sales teams & pre-sales team
