Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sales and post sales (CRM) / planning activities and ensure maximize lead generation.
  • Generate referral enquiries using own contacts and leads from existing clients to establish a large prospective client base.
  • Ensure timely Cash flows from the sales.
  • Assist in timely and accurate documentation and execution of sales agreements, sales deeds etc.
  • Drive implementation of marketing strategies around new project offerings, product pricing and delivery in line with organizational guidelines; communicate new initiatives / projects to critical stakeholders.
  • Analyze industry survey findings and prepare reports on their implications.
  • Monitor implementation of marketing and branding initiatives for projects.
