Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for revenue generation through Individual as well as team targets
- Handling one or more business units with a team strength of 5 to 15 members
- Lead the Recruitment Process for the BU in close interaction with the team and the clients.
- Team Management including target setting, work allocation and appraisals of the team. Driving the team on search assignments to ensure effective delivery and target achievement.
- Client Relationship Management with clients in the given sector for repeat business & effective delivery.
- Effective Business Development to ensure optimum Business In pipeline for meeting the revenue targets for the Business Unit(s). Meeting the targets in Business Development in terms of addition of new clients and creating an effective pipe line of work through both new & old clients.
